Overview
Kashmir is known around the world for its unparalleled landscapes and is located 300 km away from Jammu. Situated in the Himalayas, the clear blue skies of this valley reveal the snow-capped peaks that birth the streams and rivers as well as a woody abyss which surrounds the steep mountainous terrain. Home to native flora like pine, deodar and chinar, the natural scenic landscapes can be best appreciated while taking a ride on a Shikara. The valley is resplendent with lush green slopes, tender meadows and a prairie of vibrant flowers.
Detailed Itinerary
On arrival at Srinagar airport, you will meet our representative and transferred to your hotel, check in the hotel and rest of the day is at leisure. After rest for few hours, you can stroll in the local market of Srinagar and explore the city on your own.
Overnight stay in Srinagar
After early morning breakfast, proceed to visit Sonmarg; admirably known as the 'meadow of gold'. It is an alpine valley situated on the bank of Nallah Sindh River at an elevation of 2,800 meters above sea level. The Sindh River is known for fishing especially during summers. This river bed is a popular breeding ground for trout and mahseer fishes. Visit the famous Thajiwas Glacier by Ponies
After that return to hotel and rest of the day is at leisure for individual activities.
Overnight stay in hotel at Srinagar.
After breakfast check out from the hotel and you will be transferred to Pahalgam, the 'Valley of Shepherds' which is situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from the river Lidder and Sheshnag Lake, en route visit the Awantipura Ruins. an ancient township of Awantipura founded by King Awantiwarman (855-883 AD) It is renowned for the impressive ruins of the two temple complexes he built here in the 9th century namely Awantisvamin, dedicated to Lord Vishnu, and Avantisvara, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Both the temples reflect Greek style of architecture.
Later, proceed to your hotel and check in. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore this popular tourist destination.
Overnight stay is at Pahalgam.
This morning, after early breakfast, visit Aru, Chandanwari & Beetab Valley.
Chandanwari is an ideal stopover to unwind in the lap of nature. It is the starting point of the annual Amarnath Yatra held in the months of July and August. This pristine valley is also known for its snow bridge and serves as an excellent hiking destination. Laying at an elevation of about 9,590 ft. the area is blessed with natural beauty and is renowned for activities like trekking, hiking, pony and palanquin ride and snow sledging which attracts numerous visitors.
Betaab Valley is named after the Bollywood movie Betaab, which was shot here. The picturesque landscape of snow-clad mountains, lush meadows and splashing streams add to the beauty of the valley. The valley is a perfect gateway to enjoy the heavenly pleasure of Mother Nature. The sights of coloring beds of flowers amid the lush walnut and willow vistas make the entire panorama quite stunning, casting a spell of magic on this land of eternal beauty.
In evening return to hotel and rest of the day is at leisure.

Today, after breakfast, begin your day with an excursion to Gulmarg, popularly known as the 'meadow of flowers' is an apt term for this idyllic flower-laden spot. It offers a spectacular view of towering snowcapped peaks covered with dense forests of tall conifers, gigantic firs and pine trees. Take a leisurely stroll or pony rides (on direct payment) across the green meadows to one of the world's highest Golf Courses.
Later, visit Kongdori by fun-filled Gondola ride (up to 01st level) or by Ponies in case Gondola is not available. Gulmarg is a home to Asia's longest and highest cable car project, the Gulmarg Gondola. The spectacular aerial view of the lush green hilly terrain and the Himalayan peaks is breathtaking.
In the evening return to hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore this beautiful town.

After breakfast check out from the hotel and transferred to Srinagar. On arrival check in the House boat and rest for few hours.
In the afternoon, proceed on a sightseeing tour of Srinagar. Visiting places like the Shankaracharya Temple, Chashme Shahi garden, Shalimar Garden and Nishat Bagh.
Visit the Shankaracharya Temple, which is situated at a height of about 1,100 ft. on a hilltop on the southeast of the city, the temple offers splendid views of the valley and the snow-capped mountains of the Pir Panjal range. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, it is believed that this Hindu temple was built in 371 BC, making it one of the oldest in the valley of Kashmir.
Later, visit the Chashme Shahi, an ancient garden established in 1632 by Emperor Shah Jahan. This beautiful garden, is considered to be one of the smallest Mughal gardens in Srinagar. Divided into three different sections with an aqueduct, waterfalls and fountains, it provides magnificent views of the Himalayas and the Dal Lake.
Then, explore the famous Shalimar Garden (also known as garden of love), one of the most popular Mughal gardens in the city. It has four terraces, rising one above the other, fitted with fountains and chinar (sycamore) trees.
Lastly, visit Nishat Bagh, situated on the banks of the picturesque Dal Lake, with the Zabarwan Mountains forming its backdrop. Also known as the garden of bliss, it was laid out in 1633 by Asaf Khan, the elder brother of Nur Jahan. Designed in Persian style, this is a 12-terrace garden interspersed with fountains, colorful flowerbeds and lush green lawns.
Later, in evening enjoy a Shikara ride at Dal Lake admiring the floating gardens and the serene surroundings.
Overnight stay at Houseboat in Srinagar.
Today post breakfast checkout from your hotel and transfer to the airport for your onwards journey towards home with happy memories.
