Please find the below our payment policy and cancelation policy and Term and condition which will be applicable for the booking .
PAYMENT POLICY :
- We request you to release an advance of 50% of total tour cost at the time of Booking confirmation.
- 25 % Balance Payment 30 Days Prior to the departure Dates
- 25 % Balance payment 15 Days Prior to the departure dates.
- Payments can be made to us by NEFT / Demand Draft/Cheque in favor of “ Kaveri Ganga Tourism Services “ payable at Jaipur.
- Any payments through credit card will attract bank charges to be paid to additionally.
CANCELATION POLICY FOR LAND PORTIONS :
In an event of cancellation, charges will be applicable as per terms and conditions of the Airlines / Hotels / service providers etc.
For airlines cancelation charges will be applicable as per Airlines policy.
- Apart from Air Fares , for Tour Cost, any cancellation will attract the cancelation charges as per below.
- After confirmation of this package will attract 25 % of trip amount.
- Before 30 Days of departure dates, will attract 50 % of trip amount.
- Before 10 days of commencement of trip 70 % of trip amount. Thereafter, 100 % cancellation will be applicable.
- 100% Cancelation will be applicable on the departure dates
- For an entire group cancellation/postponement/change of destination, applicable cancellation charges along with our services charges will be applicable.
However in case hotel has last minute issues in holding the event, the hotel charges are refundable as per their policy.
FORCE MAJEURE:
Neither party shall be considered in breach of this Agreement or in default of its obligations hereunder if it fails to perform or observe any or all of the terms of this Agreement as a direct or indirect result of causes beyond the reasonable control of such party, such as but not limited to, acts of God, Civil or military authority, acts of the public enemy, threat of war, declared war, undeclared war, war riots, actual or threatened terrorist activity, civil disturbances, insurrections, industrial dispute, strikes, accidents, explosions, fires, earthquakes, volcanic ashes, floods, transportation embargoes, epidemics, diseases, acts of government, its agencies or officers, or any other legitimate cause beyond the reasonable control of the parties.
Lost or Damage personal belongings:
Company shall not be responsible for any lost or damage for the group’s personal baggage.
REFUNDS:
If the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, the Company shall not be responsible / liable to give any refund to you. However, at its sole discretion, the Company may give the refund based on various factors like the number of participants, the Cancellation Policies of suppliers like hoteliers, transport operators, etc. The decision of the Company on the quantum of refund shall be final and binding upon you.
It would take at least thirty (30) days to process the refund (if due).
It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if you do not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc. due to any reason whatsoever.
LAW AND JURISDICTION:
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, the parties shall first seek settlement of that dispute by mediation in accordance with the applicable rules. The Mediator shall be appointed by the Company.
If the dispute is not settled by mediation within thirty (30) days of the appointment of the mediator, or such further period as the parties shall agree in writing, then the dispute shall be settled in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole Arbitrator to be appointed by the Company. The arbitration proceedings will be in Jaipur. The Arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties. In case of any dispute concerning the award the courts in Jaipur alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction. This contract will be governed by Indian laws. You agree that in the event of a dispute or difference between the parties the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in the competent court / forum / tribunal in Jaipur only.
As to the interpretation of the aforesaid terms and conditions, The Company reserves its right to change the Terms & Conditions without assigning any reasons, any time without any prior notice.
